Currently, the heating furnaces (vertical furnaces) used in the manufacturing process operate on natural gas as a fuel source. What are the standards applicable to the nitrogen oxide content in the exhaust gases emitted, and what are the corresponding limits? Some people say that emission standards for kilns need to be implemented, right? Low-nitrogen burners are already in use, with nitrogen oxide emissions at around 70 mg/m3. Can low-nitrogen burners reduce these emissions to below 50 mg/m3?

If so, you can take a look at DB32/T 3728-2020, the standards for emissions of air pollutants from industrial furnaces. Each province and city generally has its own environmental protection regulations, and these standards are usually stricter than those set by GB. \"Shanghai Standards for Emissions of Air Pollutants from Industrial Furnaces and Boilers\" (DB31/860-2014), \"Hebei Province Standards for Emissions of Air Pollutants from Industrial Furnaces and Boilers\" (DB13/1640-2012), \"Tianjin Municipality Standards for Emissions of Air Pollutants from Industrial Furnaces and Boilers\" (DB12/556-2015), \"Chongqing Municipality Standards for Emissions of Air Pollutants from Industrial Furnaces and Boilers\" (DB50/659-2016), and Shandong Province Standards for Emissions of Air Pollutants from Industrial Furnaces and Boilers (DB37/2375—2019). The era names may change; for example, Tianjin has a new one. The labels remain basically the same; you can check them.
Shaanxi does not have local standards; are there national or industry standard codes?
Some say it can be reduced to 20 ppm
Are there any in use or newly created with 30PPM or less?
It should be around 50 ppm; we replaced the burners with low-nitrogen ones during maintenance last year
