The discharge pipe of the limestone powder silo is always clogged due to dew formation; how to deal with this?
Have it tested to see if the humidity is too high
A set of vibration motors is installed on the material feeding pipe to cause intermittent vibration
The problem I faced was that the unloader would get stuck constantly. Later, I added a small compressed air tube beneath the unloader to blow air at it; I activated the solenoid valve to do this while the unloader was in operation, and since then there have been no more issues
Add fluidizing air to the discharge pipe to prevent material accumulation
