Problems with the return water pressure in circulating water for different heat exchangers

If there are 10 heat exchangers, due to differences in location and pressure drops across the heat exchangers, the return pressure of the circulating water will certainly vary. But ultimately, all of this water ends up returning to the main pipe. Could it be that some heat exchangers have a low return pressure for the circulating water, preventing it from reaching the main pipe?
During operation, it is sufficient to check whether the return temperature of the circulating water is too high in order to determine whether the return flow rate is normal.
