It is a pressure vessel in which water flows as the medium; the flow rate is 12,000 KG/H, the volume of the vessel is 1900, and nitrogen is used to maintain a pressure of 0.3 MPa. The vessel is not filled to capacity – how should the water level be calculated?
The liquid level has nothing to do with the conditions you mentioned
Can’t we install a remote-level gauge? It’s more accurate than theoretical calculations

This isn’t calculated; it needs to be measured by a level gauge
Install a level gauge! It’s sufficient to know the temperature, pressure, and range (safe tank storage height) of the medium
