The products contained a large amount of toner, and the packing in the distillation tower became clogged within less than a year. Is there any way to solve this problem?
Clean regularly to prevent problems before they arise!
Add a filter; is there a problem with the process? There’s too much toner.
Should the raw material filter be backwashed continuously, to clean the filter elements through dry burning at the factory level? This ensures that the impurities in the raw oil are less than 50μm; after backwashing the filter, these impurities should be less than 25μm. It is also advisable to minimize the use of bypass circuits for the filter
