Can the on-site touchscreen automation for the complete set of equipment be made explosion-proof? If it cannot be made explosion-proof, what should be done?
Touch screens themselves are not explosion-proof; they are intrinsically safe. As far as I know, Europe already has technology for explosion-proof versions of such devices, and the cost for these is around 270,000 to 280,000 yuan each. In China, most devices of this type are of the “n” type, that is, spark-free types, as well as positive-pressure types. In China, intrinsically safe touch screens and explosion-proof enclosures are combined to create integrated explosion-proof touch screens and computers that have obtained explosion-proof certification. To my knowledge, only one company in Shenzhen, named Xuyong Industry, can do this; it might be worth considering them.
How is this touch screen operated? Is it necessary to open the cabinet to operate?
