Daqing Refining & Chemical has an annual crude oil processing capacity of 6 million tons. It operates 48 production units and can produce 280 grades of petrochemical products across 26 categories, including gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, lube oil base stocks, white oil, paraffin, polypropylene, polyacrylamide, and petroleum sulfonates. It is a comprehensive petrochemical enterprise integrating oil refining and chemical production. In the 20 years since its establishment, Daqing Refining & Chemical has processed a total of 107.97 million tons of crude oil, achieving operating revenue of 547.3 billion yuan. In the first four months of this year, the company achieved operating revenue of 9.306 billion yuan; profits increased by 766 million yuan compared to the previous year, with improvements in both efficiency and cost-related indicators. The production of lube oil base stocks utilizes isomeric dewaxing technology. The product quality meets the API Group III base oil standards, making it a production base for high-grade raw materials used in “Kunlun”-brand lubricating oils. In strengthening work, new features are pursued. In its chemical industry operations, Daqing Refining and Chemicals focuses on strong expansion, a strong brand presence, and distinct characteristics. It currently possesses a full range of polyacrylamide products for oil displacement with high, medium, and low molecular weights, as well as petroleum sulfonates, all of which are covered by independent intellectual property rights. Among these, the PPR pipe materials enjoy a high market share in China. The PA14D product has passed various domestic tests and certifications, including those set by the FDA, RoHS, and PAHS, and has also obtained certification from Bodycote Sweden. Polypropylene products such as PPB4228 actively respond to the “Belt and Road” initiative; they are exported to South Africa, thereby paving the way for participation in international market competition.
