Turbine technology plays an important role in saving energy and reducing consumption in such devices. The thermal and potential energy in the regenerated flue gas is converted into mechanical energy through expansion in a flue gas turbine; the energy generated is then used to directly drive the main fan or motor, thereby achieving energy recovery. The types of flue gas turbine units include flue gas turbine generator sets, three-unit configurations of flue gas turbine + compressor + electric/generator, and four-unit configurations of flue gas turbine + steam turbine + compressor + electric/generator. The air-electric dual-drive or steam-air-electric triple-drive coaxial unit configurations in the three-unit and four-unit types further enhance energy utilization efficiency.
