Newbie seeking help: The temperature transmitter has only two power wires connected; I don’t know how to determine where the problem lies
There’s no problem on site. Is the differential signal transmission working properly?
What kind of temperature change is it? Temperature control requires 24VDC power; it’s possible that the negative phase of the circuit is grounded, resulting in a loss of current, which is why there is no signal in the control room. Perhaps the cable needs to be checked
It’s also possible that there’s an issue with the safety barrier or the card passage; the transmitting part of the transmitter could be damaged as well – we’ve encountered all of these situations
