Piping issues in plate and frame filter presses

I need help with the piping issues related to plate and frame filter presses. For example, some filter presses have a specified support elevation, while those used for slag removal lack designated elevations for the inlet and outlet pipes. Also, I need to know how to arrange the pipes for the return flow of filtrate, as well as what the elevation differences should be between various pipes and the connections of the plate and frame filter press
The pipe openings should preferably be at a higher level than the filter press outlet

1. The feed pipe is connected to the outlet of the feed pump. Of course, there are elbows, valves, check valves, etc., in between. 2. The filtrate flows in an open channel; the channels on both sides are connected to collect the filtrate, which is then drained through pipes beneath the channels. 3. Diaphragm or cross-flow filter presses, connected to air pipes or water pipes. Just read the device manual.
Is it from Shimadzu? Didn’t bring self-cleaning? Feed from the middle; material can be discharged from both holes below.
Refer to the filter press manufacturer’s instructions regarding the pipe outlets; for feeding, flushing, and drying, the main pipes are generally installed under the beams in the plate-and-frame operating layer.
It’s clearer to say it under the beam of the operating floor slab.
Calling the manufacturer directly is the most accurate way.
