Hello, esteemed seniors. I’m a computer science graduate; I was looking for a stable job, and in the end I started working at Sinopec here in the local area. I started working here yesterday and have a few questions I’d like to ask. 1. How can I memorize process flow diagrams accurately, thoroughly, and quickly? My supervisor told me to memorize them within a week, which seems very difficult. 2. Are there any good suggestions for daily work?
During the day, I went to the site with the flowchart; at night, I drew the flowchart on paper. I kept going there and drawing every day.
Safety first: oneself, others, work
First understand the process, then locate the site by referring to the drawings. If you don’t understand something, ask the master more often. The master isn’t afraid of being stumped by your questions; he’s afraid that you won’t ask at all.
