Is it in compliance with the regulations to use 200 kg drums of Class A and B flammable liquids, and pump them through a fixed pipeline to the storage tanks in the workshop? Aren’t there specific regulations for the unloading of Class A flammable liquids? What should be done?
It should be possible, but an anti-static device is necessary. Our ethylenediamine is supplied in 200-liter drums, and it is transferred via pipelines to the dosing tank in the workshop.
The key is how to ground the barrel? ? ? What method should be used?
The tank is simply positioned on the ground without being grounded, so the liquid inside the tank can be considered almost stationary, while the pipes are grounded.
Does that pipe need to be connected from the top? What kind of pump should be used for pumping? Is a loading/unloading arm needed?
Is the suction tube of that pump a hose? Is it inserted from the top of the tank?
Just one word proves you can’t; drawing is of course not an option, while fighting is somewhat acceptable; Direct repackaging operations (filling) cannot be carried out inside the warehouse; ensure proper grounding, use volume pumps whenever possible, and implement nitrogen protection as well as fire prevention measures~~~
