What qualifications must a manufacturer have to supply pressure relief manholes, breather valves, and safety valves? What documents are required for shipment?
Business license, production license, and three-system certification are required; a certificate of conformity is needed for shipment.
Are there any special design qualifications or manufacturing permits required for such special components?
If these terms are not specified on the production license, can terms such as similar flanges and other castings, as well as valves, suffice?
Industries or products that are not specified on the production license are not allowed.
The company holds the following qualifications: Level 1 (municipal engineering, petrochemicals, mechanical and electrical installation, boilers, anti-corrosion and insulation); Level 2 (construction, fire protection, steel structures, decoration); Level 3 (environmental protection, specialized mechanical and electrical contracting, general electricity contracting, foundation work). It also has labor-related qualifications as well as those for construction, installation, testing, and maintenance. There are also qualifications related to pressure pipelines (GA1, GB1, GB2, GC1, GD1). In addition, the company has Level 1 qualifications in construction, and Level 2 qualifications in mechanical and electrical systems, municipal engineering, petrochemicals, water resources, highways, highway pavements and foundations, curtain walls, environmental protection, steel structures, anti-corrosion measures, fire protection, and decoration. It also holds Level 3 qualifications in mechanical and electrical systems for construction, general electricity contracting, formwork and scaffolding, as well as labor-related qualifications. The company can provide support in terms of these qualifications

Pressure relief manholes and breather valves do not require any certifications, while safety valves need a TSG certificate
The operating pressure of pressure relief manholes and breather valves is below 0.1 Mpa; under normal conditions it is around 2 Kpa, which constitutes low pressure. At present, **there are no standard qualification requirements that are mandatory; legitimate manufacturers provide certificates of conformity, pressure testing reports, leakage detection reports, warranty cards, and instruction manuals when the products leave the factory.** However, a high operating pressure for the safety valve requires a TS certificate
Safety valves are special safety accessories for pressure vessels; corresponding manufacturing qualifications are required. There are no other mandatory requirements
