There is raw steam at 0.5 MPaG; it is desired to recover some of the secondary steam at 0.2 MPaG and use it in combination with the raw steam. The pressure of the mixed steam should be 0.46 MPaG, with a total flow rate of 108 tons per hour. How much of the secondary steam can be recovered? Thank you
It’s 0.5 MPaG; by reducing the pressure slightly, it becomes 0.46 MPaG. I want to raise the pressure from 0.5 MPaG to 0.46 MPaG by a difference of 0.2 MPaG, but I can’t find equipment that’s suitable for this! !
Yes. The outlet pressure is too high. Using a jet pump is not economical. It’s also impossible to do.
