Recently, one of the fluidized bed boilers in the factory has started to have problems. I would appreciate it if experts could help identify what the issue is and how to resolve it. The boiler is 150 tons capacity, but currently its output is only around 90 tons; the boiler cannot handle a higher load. The exhaust temperature is low, around 90 degrees. The water temperature at the economizer outlet was also low; upon shutting down the furnace for inspection, it was found that both the economizer and the air preheater were covered with ash, along with signs of corrosion. In normal boilers operating at low loads, the flue gas temperature generally rises; however, the actual situation is the opposite.
