The 3,000-ton/year dimethyl sulfoxide project adopts a methanethiol-hydrogen peroxide oxidation process for the chemical reactions, utilizing microchannel reactors. This process eliminates the environmental pollution caused by nitrogen oxides and nitrates; it is safer, more environmentally friendly, and more energy-efficient than traditional batch oxidation processes for nitrogen oxides, providing solid technical support for the efficient and clean conversion of coal resources. Since the project entered the commissioning phase, all employees of the sulfur chemical company have worked hard to overcome challenges, striving day and night to prioritize safety and make steady progress.
