On the morning of November 2, 2024, at the 2024 China Chemical Society Science and Technology Innovation Conference held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, the 2024 China Chemical Society Science and Technology Awards were presented with great ceremony. 57 scientific and technological achievements were awarded prizes; among them, 31 projects by Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., such as \"Full-plant digital delivery for large-scale integrated refining and chemical engineering projects,\" won the \"Science and Technology Progress Award.\" Nine projects from Tsinghua University, including \"New micro-chemical technologies for safe and green production of high-end fine chemicals and their industrial applications,\" received the \"Technical Invention Award.\" Seventeen projects from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, such as \"Quasi-homogeneous molecular catalysis based on intercalated structures,\" were honored with the \"Basic Research Achievement Award.\"
