The patent abstract indicates that this invention relates to a device for producing carbonate solvents, specifically a waste heat utilization system and a waste heat recovery method for such production devices. It includes a carbonate production unit, a lithium bromide absorption heat pump unit of the second type, an expansion-compression unit, and a hot water circulation system. A heat exchanger is installed at the top of the distillation tower in the carbonate production unit; the circulating water exchanges heat with the vapor from the top of the tower within this heat exchanger before entering the lithium bromide absorption heat pump unit of the second type. The cooled circulating water then returns to the heat exchanger ; The second type of lithium bromide absorption heat pump units uses the heat from circulating water to generate steam waste gas, which then enters the expansion and compression unit to produce low-pressure steam ; High-pressure steam from the outside is introduced into the expansion and compression unit to generate medium-pressure steam.
