After checking, the electrodes are in good condition, the flow meter is properly grounded, and both the circuit board and cables are fine. It is now suspected that there might be bubbles inside the pipe; however, the fluctuations persist even after draining the liquid. What could be the cause?

Check whether the lining of the flow meter is in good condition; it’s possible that the lining lacks proper insulation

Are you sure the flow meter is operating with a full pipe? Generally, such problems are caused by operating conditions; trust our instruments – as long as they have been calibrated, they shouldn’t experience issues so easily.
