Domestic radar level gauges

Domestic products are not recommended; although they are much cheaper than imported ones, their sensitivity in detailed reading is still poor. If one insists on using domestic products, brands such as Beijing Jingbo or Beijing Sifang could be considered, but imported brands are better – E+H and Rosemount are both excellent options

Based on over a decade of experience using three imported models, the results have not been satisfactory. Last December, I used a domestic model; if it performed well, I would pay for it. It has worked fine up to now. It seems that the imported ones also occasionally cause issues with the liquid level. However, the nominal precision of imported ones is higher.

Actually, it depends on the operating conditions as well as the stability, accuracy, and lifespan of the instruments you require. Which brand did the person on floor 6 mention? Is there an error in the selection or are the operating conditions greatly affected by the environment? Under normal circumstances, if the selection is correct, there should not be significant errors

I also want to know which company is referred to on the 6th floor? China produces better radars than those of the three foreign companies I’m referring to – by those companies I mean E+H, Kollmorgen, and Emerson… Tell me which ones they are, so that I can use them if I get the chance; it would be great to have devices that are both cheaper and more effective than those made abroad. Anyway, the domestic radar I use is complete garbage… it gives false alarms all the time, and the readings are so unreliable that no one in the production team dares to trust them. Thankfully, there’s weight measurement as a backup… but the signal blind spots are huge… It’s better not to talk too much about it; it’s just frustrating

Due to the trust established between them, for the first collaboration the instruments were shipped after a deposit was paid; thereafter, all different types of instruments were delivered on a trial basis before payment was made. Since the multiple imported radars in use may frequently fail due to factors such as aging of the instruments, it is extremely difficult to restore their measurement functions. The price of the imported radar under consideration was nearly 40,000, and the lead time was long; therefore, one of their radar units was chosen for a trial period of just 1 month. Why choose him? The products are almost available in stock, it’s possible to work with enzyme preparations, and payment is made only after testing them out. Actually, I generally give priority to imported instruments; this is essentially giving domestic products a chance. The price should be import x/4. In this trial, for the measurement of liquid sulfur level, sublimated sulfur vapor condenses within the measurement window; in addition, there is a vapor-containing mixture emitted by the medium inside the tank, which are issues that often led to measurement failures with previously imported products. Since the trial period is still short, it’s not possible to draw a final conclusion yet; I hope for at least 1 year, and ideally 3 years.
