The dvc6200 is still very easy and convenient to use, but some customers still don’t know how to carry out its debugging properly. In fact, debugging must be done correctly; if a step is missed, it will affect the user experience. That’s why I’ll provide a detailed explanation today, hoping that those who are not familiar with it will find it helpful. I. Instructions for using dvc6200 feedback debugging: 1. In the configure menu, select manual setup. 2. Choose mode protection and change it from in service to OUT OF service. 3. Select to change the instrument mode. 4. Choose out of service. After entering, press Enter to get 5; for a friendly reminder, select OK. 6. In the dvc6200 locator’s manual setup, choose outputs in order to set the locator feedback. 7. Select output terminal. 8. Select output terminal again. II. Steps for calibrating and debugging the dvc6200: 1. Enter the interface and select HART. 2. After selecting online, press Enter. 3. If there are any alarm signals, select YES and then press Enter. 4. From the online dropdown menu, select configure and then press Enter. 5. Select the calibration menu and then press Enter. 6. Choose auto calibration. 7. In the warning menu, select out of service. 8. Select CONTINUE and then press Enter to choose travel control. 9. No action is required for the automatic calibration of the dvc6200; simply wait until the interface shown below appears. 10. Once the automatic calibration is complete, confirm it by pressing the OK button. 11. Select OK. 12. Change the status to in service – the calibration is now complete.
