For pressure gauges and transmitters with a range of 0-70 MPa, is flange mounting or threaded mounting the better choice?
Choose the flange. The thread can’t withstand such pressure, right?
Of course it’s a threaded connection; we use WIKA products, and there are many different thread specifications available, such as G, NPT, etc. A pressure of 150 MPa is no problem at all.

This pressure isn’t too high; there are no issues with the threads. You don’t know enough about the pressure resistance of threads.
Choose the flange; it’s safer.
Looking at the pipe diameter, instruments such as pressure gauges and transmitters have a relatively small diameter, so threads are sufficient. For large diameters, flanges are used.
I don’t know about 70 MPa; the threads here are 60 MPa, and they don’t offer any real benefits
