I would like to ask everyone: The main medium pipeline of the reciprocating compressor experiences significant vibration. The valve installed at the pressure sampling point is a DN15 carbon steel socket-welded gate valve, while the pressure guiding pipe used by the instrumentation team is made of 316 material with dimensions of 14*2. How should these two components be connected in a way that is reasonable and facilitates maintenance in the future?
Weld a 14 terminal ferrule fitting to the gate valve.
Purchase 1 process transition fitting: double ferrule welded joint PE 15 / Φ14, double ferrules; material: 316SS； The PE end of stainless steel can be welded to carbon steel, enabling welding of dissimilar materials
The gate valve is welded to a DN15 flange, which is connected using a flange with a threaded center hole; the thread connection is made via a sleeve joint.
PN63 (PN160 or higher as required), SW Φ14/Φ22 PE. Sew it on; safety first.
