Switch button block in Yokogawa CS3000

In the process screen of the Yokogawa CS3000, how can I create a button such that clicking it selects value A, another click selects value B, and yet another click selects value A again? In other words, how can I achieve switching by clicking?
The requirements are not clear. This approach introduces too much randomness; why not implement it within a timing framework or add it to the LC block?
