The Siemens FIDAMAT6 shows significant fluctuations; it has been in use since production began, but it has not yet been put into full operation. The readings range from 6 PPM to 50 PPM, which exceeds the specified process parameters. Previously, the pressure at the sampling point was only 50 KPA, but now it has been increased to 0.1 MPA using a pressure pump.
