It can only be said that the standards used during the initial design phase, drawing review, design briefings, and construction inspection were far too low! I can only go and look through the blueprints! Lack of professionalism will lead to many problems later on!

It should be possible. I’m not very familiar with SCADA – does it work in the same way as DCS systems, with a CPU and various cards? You’re referring to system configuration. However, it is not possible to directly set parameters for the field instruments through the system.
A lot of the data from SCADA is transmitted via GPRS; it’s not possible to make changes directly from the SCADA system. Moreover, there are no backups available for PLCs and similar devices at the gate stations, so it’s unclear how to communicate with them – it’s really frustrating
