What type of adhesive offers the best waterproofing effect for equipment used in chemical plants, one that can withstand exposure to sunlight and rain?
Glass sealant is better, and it’s easy to use.
The poster is referring to sealants used for insulation or heat retention; our company also uses silicone sealant.
For silicone sealant, larger quantities mean a lower price. Have some more silicone rubber on hand, and that’ll do it.
