Where can I find an anemometer that measures wind speed and direction, as well as temperature?

The safety inspection identified that such a device is required in areas with major hazard sources, as it can measure wind direction, wind speed, and temperature, and the data is available in the control room. I searched higher up, and there were only anemometers; none of them had a temperature function. Has everyone used this thing?
The safety supervision agency is becoming increasingly incompetent; to even raise such questions is absurd
Can’t we install two instruments? One measures wind direction and speed, and the other measures temperature.
There’s really no way to continue doing it this way; mainly, I want a system that comes with its own secondary meters – I don’t want to use DCS, as it’s not intuitive and also consumes channels.
If you can’t connect to the DCS, just connect it to the digital display.
This is generally required when building a large chemical plant complex
