At the same 5% opening, some achieve a flow rate of 50%, while others only reach 10%. The only common factor is that by closing the valve further starting from 5, the orifice plate flow rate increases sharply in a spike-like manner, and it will continue to rise if no adjustments are made. The actual traffic shouldn’t be this high; I don’t know why. .
The design is unreasonable; at low flow rates, the measurement error of the orifice plate is very large.

An increase in mutations is caused by an elevated back pressure in the process pipeline and an increased flow rate; it has nothing to do with the instruments, and vice versa.
Do you mean that the too small opening causes pressure buildup in the pump, or that the feed pump downstream of the valve creates a vacuum?
