How to synchronize Honeywell PKS with an SM clock

According to Honeywell’s documentation, the SM system can use the Experion Server as a clock source; in Safety Builder, the Experion Server can be set as the clock source with the highest priority. However, once the set Timeout period expires, the real-time diagnosis function of the SM system will indicate an error related to the clock source. I’m not clear here: within the Timeout period, what actions does the Experience Server need to take in order to synchronize the SM time? Is it necessary to configure a program, or does Honeywell have a dedicated clock program? Could any expert help solve some of these issues? Urgently needed! ! !
