Are there any domestically produced intelligent valve positioners with reliable performance and better circuit board printing quality? Could you help recommend some? The quality of Chongqing Chuanyi is really terrible. In the northern regions, the trackers stop working as soon as winter arrives
What about Wuzhong Instruments? He works for a company based in the north, so they should give considerable attention to low temperatures. There is still a significant difference between domestic products and imported ones; you get what you pay for, after all.
Is Azbel the same as Yamaki in Japan? Is it considered a domestic product? Whether the locator is domestic or imported, it needs to be protected from water in winter; otherwise, if ice forms on the feedback rod, it will no longer function properly.
You still need to address the issue at the source of the air supply. I’m from Shandong, and there I keep the air purification tanks running in winter to allow drainage; in other words, a drain valve is installed on the main air line, and it’s turned on slightly during winter to facilitate water removal
I support the opinion from the fourth floor – the Yamaki positioners are inexpensive yet durable.
Azubel works fine for me in Yulin, Shaanxi, where temperatures drop to -30°C in winter. It can be used. In fact, many international brands have also been localized; brands such as ABB, Fisher, and Fox are all viable options.
We have been using Chuanyi’s HVP12 series with good stability; I’m not sure what’s the case with yours. Ask their technical staff about it. If that doesn’t work, consider options from brands like WuZhong, Siemens, and Azbel!
How much is a domestic one per unit? Is it cheap? Imported brands are more durable
Once winter comes, the locator stops working. . It’s not due to the instrument itself, but rather because of inadequate maintenance on your part. The same is true even if you switch to foreign brands in a timely manner. It’s amazing that you don’t try to find the reason for this malfunctioning in winter – and instead blame it on the poor quality of those Chuanyi instruments. . The people of this country should strive to improve themselves; not only as producers, but also as users. . .
A Siemens positioner was installed in the same location, and now the problem is solved. Thank you, it’s not our problem
