May I ask whether the SANTAK CASTLE 3C20KS(6G) UPS can start up when there is no mains power and no load connected?
As long as the battery has sufficient charge, starting is no problem. How long the system time can be maintained depends on the capacity of your battery. Generally, it’s fine to leave it without a load for 2 hours.
It can be started; with no load, it can run for a long time.
Yes, it didn’t start even after a few attempts at startup; it shut down automatically each time. I don’t know why it was able to start today

This is possible, provided you know how much battery power remains. Saito models of 6KVA and above have two startup modes: startup using mains power and startup using direct current when there is no mains power (cold start)
