Install a metal detector before packaging the materials. How should it be installed? What is the appropriate installation location? Can it be installed at the discharge outlet?

It is possible to conduct testing after the material has been bagged; testing is also possible without bagging, and metal-containing materials can be removed. It’s up to you to decide which option to choose. Companies like Mettler have such products available
First, it depends on the size of your packaging and the desired precision level. Generally speaking, the later this value is, the better. However, in your chemical industry, many products are packaged in 25kg units, so the required precision is relatively low; but it’s still acceptable if those requirements can be met! 2. If higher precision is desired, considering adjustments to the packaging or manufacturing processes might be an option, but I’m not aware of what exactly you do. In any case, the smaller the packaging, the higher the precision! For example, the typical precision for use in pharmaceuticals is 0.3–0.5, which is currently impossible when using 25kg packaging!
