How do Slussen SOLUTION pressure transmitters communicate?

I have a Sluisen SOLUTION pressure transmitter S600, and I need to set its range. However, I can’t establish a connection using either 475 or 375; how can I access the setup parameters? I’m seeking help from anyone who has information on this.
If you are sure it is a HART instrument, try connecting a 250-ohm resistor in series in the circuit
A 250-ohm resistor was connected; the reading is 475 as shown in the figure
