The on-site readings show no flow, with an output current of 22.8 MA; the panel is giving an error message regarding reverse flow. The flow suddenly stopped while it was in use. Experts, please help identify what the exact issue is Is the board broken?
Check whether the excitation coil is open-circuited
It’s possible that the instrument has some settings in place that trigger an alarm for reverse flow, resulting in an output that exceeds the range. First, disconnect the flow meter to see if the alarm goes away. If it can’t be cut, then check the parameter settings. If the problem still cannot be resolved, most circuit boards consist of several components; try replacing it with a board of the same model.
