May I ask whether it is possible to use a single multi-core cable to transmit the control cables for starting, stopping, and monitoring the operating status of one pump, given that one electrical control cabinet is used to control two pumps?
It’s better not to, as the start signal is powered by 220V, while the operating circuit operates at 24V; it’s best to keep them separate
Those intended for the DCS cannot be combined; the electrical control cables used on-site had better also be shielded, as poor wiring can easily lead to interference
It is best to separate DI/DO from AI/AO
There will be interference; the relay for the status signal will keep flashing
A multi-core cable can be used; if it’s all digital signals, that should work
