Some time ago, the level gauge indicated that the main electrical components were damaged; after replacing them, the readings became normal. However, even after the silo was emptied, 8% was still shown on the gauge. Setting the offset to 8% resolved this issue, but once more material was added to the silo, the level reading was only half full. I’m not sure what else needs to be adjusted
What medium? Is it a hemispherical radar or a cable radar? Cable radars can have debris attached to them; it’s necessary to disassemble them for inspection, check the empty and full signals, and also apply echo suppression
Polypropylene pellets, cable wave guidance – processing is now complete. After the material tank was emptied, measures were taken to suppress issues related to empty tanks, and feeding is now showing normal operation.
