A weighing module is installed on the tank. If the motor on the tank is mounted horizontally, that is, not at the exact center of the tank (eccentrically), does this affect the measurement?
There will be an impact, especially as signal fluctuations occur during normal operation. My previous solution was to add a steel plate to the weighing module in order to minimize the impact of eccentricity.
If it were me, I wouldn’t add anything. . . I used a filtering algorithm to deal with the fluctuations in measurements
As long as everything can be placed on a few load cells, it’s fine; if it’s too off-center, it will have an impact

Weighing module, price — it can range from dozens to tens of thousands, anything is possible. Construction – it depends on the size and weight of the object being tested. . . Small and light items are convenient to handle; electronic scales are quite useful for that. As for large and heavy items, weighing hundreds or thousands of tons, it becomes difficult to find a convenient solution. Maintenance – the level of difficulty is similar to that of construction work. Weighing it: if the object to be measured is large and heavy, then it’s a real engineering project that involves civil work, welding, laying steel plates, using large cranes – there’s so much to take care of and manage; it’s terrifying. Engineering projects can bring in a lot of money, so those factories that produce weighing modules might really like them. I get easily nervous. I’m afraid of those big things; I’m even afraid of the 5-kilogram weight on the piston pressure gauge. . . As soon as I do any physical work, my brain goes into overload. . .
What’s the weight required? It’s around ten tons. How much is generally needed? I’ve never dealt with this before, so please help

The small gauge shown in the diagram, about the size of a palm, was manufactured by our factory – none of the other gauges are from us.
In addition to knowing the total weight being measured, it is also necessary to know the accuracy of the weighing.
