Seeking help in downloading the database for the CENTUM VP system

Dear experts, when I am using CENTUM VP to download databases, the process slows down significantly during the Equalize operation on the operator station; see the image below. There are two operation stations in total, 54 and 53. Sometimes 54 is slower while 53 is faster, and other times 53 is slower while 54 is faster. Also, when installing the operation station, the speed is very slow, as shown in the figure below. What’s going on here? Is something not set correctly? I’ve reinstalled the operation station, but the problem persists. Additionally, the control station features a dual-screen display; whenever a monitor is set as the secondary screen, dragging the instrument panel causes the edges of the panel to show artifacts. Has anyone encountered this issue? How to solve it? Thank you!
If the problem persists even after reinstalling, it’s likely a network issue. As for the distorted screen, it might be a problem with the graphics card
