This post was last edited by Stone_HOTO on 2018-12-6 at 14:49. There are pneumatic valves on site that require quick opening and closing; opening can be achieved by increasing the pressure to 0.5 MPa, but closing is slow. How can this be resolved?
The installed valve can be used to appropriately increase the air supply pressure
Choose a quick-release valve or air-controlled valve with a higher Cv value to increase the exhaust speed.
Since the exhaust from the solenoid valve’s exhaust port is slow, this results in the valve closing slowly; therefore, a rapid exhaust module is added after the solenoid valve, allowing the air from the cylinder to be exhausted more quickly and thus enabling the valve to close faster.
Single-acting or double-acting? For single-acting operation, install a flow control valve at the exhaust port ; If it is double-acting, install a flow control valve at the intake port during shutdown control
A single-acting on-off valve consists of a small flow-limiting valve installed at the exhaust port of the solenoid valve; this valve allows for regulation of the air supply flow rate, thereby controlling the exhaust speed of the valve and thus the speed at which it opens and closes
This situation is probably due to slow exhaust
The valve itself is already slow to close, and the exhaust is slow; are they adding a flow restrictor at the exhaust port as well? ? Can’t figure it out
