Issues with flammable gas detection in the primary and secondary seals of the external floating disk

As shown in the figure: Flammable gas detection is now required in the secondary sealing area, and there are several challenges: 1. This area is classified as Zone 0. 2. The internal space is difficult to maintain. 3. Nitrogen is filled here periodically; the medium is a mixture of nitrogen, flammable gases (crude oil vapors with complex compositions), and a small amount of oxygen. There’s no good solution at the moment; I plan to take it to the analysis booth for testing, but that’s too troublesome. Is there a detector that can work reliably on-site?
A pump-type alarm can be used; the alarm is installed on the outside of the device wall at a location that facilitates maintenance, and sampling pipes are used to draw in gas from the space to be monitored
The cost is high, owners are not happy about it, and it’s basically exclusive.
