Fluorocarbon-lined valve diaphragm material

I would like to ask everyone: for the bellows of fluorine-lined valves, should it be made of fluoroplastic material, or can it also be made of metal materials such as Hastelloy C?
For fluorine-lined valves, a fluorine-lined bellows is usually sufficient, while metal valves use HC bellows; this is the common combination, as HC is somewhat more expensive.
Since it’s lined with fluoropolymer, there’s no need to use Hastelloy – the cost is too high
