This solenoid valve is highly sensitive to air pressure; when there is no power supply, the position of the valve core changes, which causes the solenoid valve to change direction. Has anyone come across this issue?

All of mine are imported; the products are fine, but there is a design flaw. The instructions state that a loss of air supply can cause the valve core to change direction, but in my case it’s the rapid supply of air that leads to this direction change
This can’t be solved; if the connectors don’t match, just use a different brand – there are many good options available
If that doesn’t work, just add a gas storage tank, right?

In reality, with me it’s the issue that if the air supply valve opens too quickly, it reverses direction; if it opens slowly, there’s no problem, and it has nothing to do with the air storage tank
I think this solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve, and the first instrument air does not necessarily have an impact. Second, under normal circumstances the ambient temperature has little impact, as air pressure is taken into account during design and production. I’ve never heard of air pressure causing direction changes.
This solenoid valve is used in several locations at the site; it is a two-position four-way solenoid valve that blocks one flow path and is used as a two-position three-way valve. It has dual coils and is of the pilot-operated type, with no spring in the main spool. Pulse signals are used to control it. Two types of faults can occur with this solenoid valve at the site, both of which are caused by rapid opening of the supply valve. Fault 1: leakage from the solenoid valve’s exhaust port; Fault 2: complete reversal of the solenoid valve’s direction. In fact, Fault 1 and Fault 2 are the same fault – in one case, leakage occurs because the spool isn’t pushed into place, while in the other case, reversal occurs because the spool is pushed into place
