There has never been a way to measure foam. There was once a case involving heating and stirring, with radar being used to measure the liquid level. When the temperature was below 90 degrees, although there was some foam present, the radar could still function properly. However, when the temperature exceeded 90 degrees, a large amount of foam was generated, which caused the radar to lose its signal and become unable to function correctly
