Dear seniors, this is my first post; please bear with me. :The handshake plant uses Yokogawa’s DCS system; to analyze the data on site, I obtained the plant’s monthly trend files. Yokogawa’s trend files have a .LTD extension, while the temporary trend files have a .TRF extension. The manager asked that these files be exported in Excel format to facilitate data modeling. I searched for information online but found nothing that explained this process clearly, so I figured it out on my own and was finally able to export the files. I’d like to share this experience with everyone. First of all, the original project file is needed ; Secondly, when importing data into the system, it is necessary to ensure that there is enough space on the hard drive. If there isn’t sufficient space, the long-term trends will not be stored. If the hard drive space is insufficient, it is possible to work in TR groups – for example, save TR0001 first, and delete the trends from other groups while keeping only TR0001. This reduces the space required on the hard drive significantly. If the hard drive space is still not enough, then when the trend chart is opened, there will be no page navigation buttons for the long-term trends:funk: ; Finally, in CMD, enter the following command to export the trend ; C:\CENTUMVP\PROGRAM\BKHTrCSV -l -i TG0502 -t 02030000 02032359 -F TG0502_02.CSV. The values 0502 02030000 02032359 represent the start and end times for the trend you wish to export. This command can also be turned into a shortcut key for use within the Yokogawa program; I haven’t studied this in detail. Feel free to share any additional information: lol
You should be using 3000, right?
3000 is the same as VP; my project uses VP’s R5.04.20 version
Doesn’t VP have a menu? The data can be copied directly
Menu? Are you referring to the shortcut keys in the toolbar? Does that also need to be defined?
Right-click menu: allows copying of images or data
