From the 2-channel electrical UPS to the instrument control system cabinet – should it be connected on the electrical side or on the instrument side? ? Are there any relevant standards and specifications?

The UPS from the electrical system to the instruments operates at 220VAC; direct paralleling is not allowed due to phase mismatch； 2. Even though it is possible to adjust the phases of two sets of UPS units electrically, it is not recommended to connect their busbars together, in order to prevent a failure in one set from causing a failure in the other as well (such as a short circuit). Similar accidents have occurred with UPS systems in Sinopec companies ； 3. The instrument control system is classified as a Class 1 load; current designs feature dual UPS units operating in parallel ； 4. Redundancy for instrument power supply: 24VDC, with redundant power supply provided by two 24VDC power modules and diodes ； Redundancy is required for the critical 220VAC supply, and electrical quick-switching devices can be used. Power supply technology management regulations: Chapter 3, Article 16(2) Operation mode: Single-unit operation mode is adopted. Other regulations are provided for reference.
