How to store interlock logs and interlock debugging records

I would like to know who is responsible for keeping the interlocking records and interlocking debugging logs I understand that the records might be in the instrument workshop; who is responsible for keeping the commissioning records? Are there any regulations specifying how long they need to be archived?
It is managed by the enterprise itself; depending on the software provider used, there are relevant teaching materials available to facilitate instruction. Furthermore, there should be a hierarchical management system for those who operate the microcomputers. Not everyone is entitled to operate or even make changes. It is best to contact the software provider for consultation, for reference.
It is kept by the DCS team responsible for system maintenance, usually for 3 years

The instrument ledger is definitely managed by the instrument maintenance department； Before driving, the production department has a pre-driving interlock inspection sheet, which is kept by the production department and signed by both the production manager and the instrument supervisor. The retention period is determined by company regulations; if it is an ISO-certified company based in another province, records are generally kept for 3 years.
Generally, it is archived by the instrumentation department, with a backup kept in the safety or technical department
The instrument workshop must keep them, as they are often inspected during safety checks.
