How should air storage tanks and air compressors be configured for 90 control valves?

There are 90 valves on site – how should one determine the capacity of the air storage tank, as well as the number and power of the air compressors? Please advise. V=Qv*T*P0/（P1-P2). What are the values of P1-P2?
I’m not an instrument designer, so I don’t know much about it; it falls under the field of collection studies*.
Following the standard design process, the gas consumption requirements of the instrumentation department are submitted to the mining and ventilation department, which then determines the amount of gas needed based on various data and regulations, including an overall estimate of the gas consumption required by the client in the future.
P1 and P2 are the normal operating pressure and the minimum operating pressure, respectively.
