They are two unrelated things; they are not interchangeable, and their wiring is different.

Fieldbuses are standard pure digital communication methods, whereas the HART communication protocol is a carrier-based communication method that can communicate via analog current signal circuits; it can also communicate in a bus format. Fieldbus communication can achieve high speeds and support the transmission of large amounts of data, whereas HART communication has a very low speed and allows only a very limited amount of data to be transmitted. These are two completely different types of communication methods. HART, which stands for Highway Addressable Remote Transducer, refers to an open communication protocol for addressable remote sensor high-speed channels. This was an early method of using analog circuits for low-speed digital communication.
These are two types of protocols. HART communication uses a half-duplex mode of transmission; its feature is that it enables digital signal communication over existing analog signal transmission lines, and it represents a transitional solution in the transition from analog systems to digital systems. Fieldbus replaces the transmission of traditional 4-20mA analog signals and conventional digital switch signals with digital communication.
HART protocol communication can also be transmitted in the same way as pure digital communication.
