Issues in control room design

Hello everyone, the control room is currently on the first floor, and we want to add a new operation room on the third floor, equipped with two workstations and several computers. Then, systems such as the video system, combustible gas alarm system, security alarm system, and office system are all integrated here for display. What needs to be done for automatic control design? What wires are run from the bottom floor up to the upper floors? What should be noted when passing pipes through trough boxes? What equipment must be installed indoors? What kind of wires should be used between the control panel and the control cabinet?
Yes, what other cables need to be installed in addition to the system communication cables and power cables (for uninterruptible power supply and regular electricity) between the control cabinet and the console? If anyone knows, please help answer it in detail. Thank you!
